POLICY PURCHASE & EXCHANGE
Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase with original receipt and all merchandise tags attached. Refunds will be issued on the product cost.
All returns must include return address and daytime phone number.
Please note that you are responsible for postage on all returned and exchanged merchandise, unless due to a defect or incorrect shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. Most orders are processed and shipped the day after they are placed, unless special order item. However, due to factors such as unexpectedly high demand of an item, vendor availability or delivery delay, we occasionally may not be able to ship an order within this time frame. We will notify you promptly if there is such a delay.
All orders will be shipped via ground shipment unless otherwise requested.
Shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart based on the zip codes entered in the shipping address. Some items due to bulk are noted in the item description as requiring an additional handling and postage charge.
