“Male Fulvous Whistling Duck Displaying” by Burton E. Moore, Jr.
This print is featured on The 1986 Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and
Conservation stamp, more commonly known as the ”Federal Duck Stamp.” Moore’s

coveted award is based on anatomical accuracy and suitability of design as a
stamp reproduction. Included with this print is an official $7.50 stamp
required of all waterfowl hunters at the time. Print
